Tastemakers, Canada’s original and most coveted gifting lounge opened its doors yesterday with a fresh new identity: Tastemakers Presents: Suite on the SIXth. Located in rock-it promotions recently renovated offices (460 Richmond St. W., Suite 601), media and talent were invited to get festival-ready with a group of elevated, all-Canadian brands.
Noah Cappe, the host of Bachelorette Canada was the first to sign the SickKids Foundation autograph board. InBalance Smoothie Cubes greeted guests with fresh smoothies for a healthy start to the busy festival schedule. Celebrity photographer Caitlin Cronenberg and model Stacey McKenzie enjoyed rejuvenating facials by celebrity skincare guru (Oprah Winfrey and the Obama’s are some of her regular clients) and founder of peoni, Jennifer Brodeur, aka JB Skin Guru. Pyewacket director Adam MacDonald and actress Sarah Podemski (Tin Star), among others got inked by one of Toronto’s hottest tattoo studios, Ink & Water Tattoo. April Mullen (Below Her Mouth, Director) got cozy with the Weekender collection from McGregor Socks and luxury soaps and personal care products from Perth Soap Co.
Tastemakers Presents: Suite on the Sixth will run from Wednesday, September 6 through Friday, September 8 at rock-it promotions (460 Richmond St. W.)
Continuing the charitable mandate of Tastemakers, Suite on the SIXth is proud to give back to the SickKids Foundation offering guests an opportunity to show their support by singing their names on an autograph board that is later given to SickKids Foundation for auction. Suite on the SIXth will also contribute with a monetary donation.
